We are experiencing response issues in our ED while utilizing
and interface from Pyxis to Meditech. We are implementing BMV and the
staff is ready to scan faster then the meds appear on their MAR.
Can you offer any info about what type of interface you use?
We are using Iatrics. If using the Meditech interface, does it require
profiling? What response times are you experiencing and what is
considered an acceptable response for your organization. Thank you.
