We have the influenza and pnuemonia screenings built as a CDS, when the
patient "screens in" a requisition is printed out in the pharmacy and an
intervention of vaccine administration is placed on the process
intervention screen.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] immunizations, suicide screens

Does your facility literally place protocol-based physician orders for
immunizations on the patient chart when the patient screens as eligible
for and consenting to an immunization? (It may appear otherwise, but I'm
not actually seeking a "yes" or "no" answer.......)

Does anybody have an inpatient suicide risk screen you'd be willing to
share? Is it the same as what is used in the ER?
