We have one physician using Dragon to enter notes in EMR. He loves it. He wheels a Stinger cart with laptop around the halls, has a headgear microphone, and does all of his notes. We haven't rolled it out to others yet as we need to determine language to say we can take this option away if they consistently fail to edit. You can get some really wild statements.
