Does anyone have experience with using a partial implementation of RXM
to help with Med Reconciliation? We do not have AOM or EDM, so it would
be a completely new process for us. The thing that interests me is
giving the nurse a manageable way to access a database for home
medications, rather than having the meds all free formatted.

I am not sure how much work it will take to set up the process - I would
have to rewrite all of our med rec reports that we are using, and RXM
will be a new frontier.

Also, what do the nurses think about it - does it take too long?

Thanks - Roger
