We are C/s 55.3 and have been live with scheduling and billing for two years and clinicals for 1 year. It has been a long development process and not without many aches and pains.
The physicians love the integration and that's what its all about. We just started health maintanence and that is working great for reminding docs and patients about what is due. We still are working through a total electronic chart and have a ways to go as we want the flow sheets available in 5.54. We are starting our second hospital and clinic now. A dedicated team is required and a physician who is willing to work with you. LSS could improve its programming turn around.
