If you are trying to print the admin criteria text, and not the label comments, then the filed you want is admin.crit.line. You can't set that field up as a multiple in the segment of pha.rx.file - you have to be in the segment pha.admin.criteria. Problem is, that segment may not have all the other fields you want on your report. I am not great at NPR RW, so may someone else on the L or at Meditech can explain how to get the admin criteria in your report. I will try to play around with it if I get some free time today.
