The following should work if you are a Magic site. Sign in to Meditech and go to OPS.
In OPS goto 10. Manage Open Systems then 25. Manage Services. In Manage Services select 1. Enter/Edit/Delete TCP Services and choose the segment you want. In the Enter/Edit/Delete TCP Services screen highlight Enter and then F12. This will allow you to enter a new TCP service. You should have an existing FTP service. Copy this except for the port should be 921 and the Service name can be anything you want, I suggest something descriptive of what you are using it for.
