Hey Brandon. >From how your report is coded, it looks like your goal is to print one line per insurance, so each account could have up to four separate lines (one for each insurance on the account). With the index and selections you have chose, it will take a very long time to run, as it is going to look at every single insurance on every single account in your system looking for your single agency selection. I hope you have a few days. :-)
Glancing through my BAR.PAT dpm listing, I didn't see anything offhand that allowed for selection on agency, but we are C/S. MAGIC may have something different (I doubt it though). When I was with you over at the armpit of Texas, we used to compile the agency accounts in the compiled selection routine, then run an NPR written out of BAR.REP. From there, you can pull in all of the data you are looking for. (You will have to use computed fields, but that isn't too hard.) Your other option is to write your report in the insurances segment, and change your index to something more reasonable, such as adm/dis service date. But then you would probably miss agency accounts. I really suggest the compile/NPR two-step method. The problem I have is that the same patient prints over and over again. I have attached the source code hoping that I am just missing something very simple. I am hoping that someone can help point out my mistake. Any help would be appreciated.
