Is there anyone out there using Lab Outreach who is also using Outreach Follow-Up letters? We are currently trying to set up tracking issues via Meditech, and would perhaps like to be able to print letters informing the client of the issue and resolution? Perhaps using this for series orders to let a patient know that they need to get their order renewed? There are absolutely no templates in Meditech as to how to do any of this.
