Help folks. I am in immediate need of a blank MAR for the ER patients. This would need the header and the footer with blank lines in the detail section to be handwritten in the medication information. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this detail section to just print blank lines for this purpose? I am hitting a brick wall since there won't be any med orders on the patient.
