I'm looking for examples of tools that are being used to assist in the 
troubleshooting efforts for Meditech issues that cross over to the technical 
side.  We have had several issues that involve networking, security/firewall 
settings, citrix and etc., that require a "multiple skill set" team approach to 
find the resolution.  If anyone has created a methodology or tool that they are 
willing to share I would be very interested in see it.
