Yes, it shows up frequently. Do a search of the L and you will find a thread from several months back. These are configured in the Custom-defined Parameters with several flags that will limit this somewhat. You need to add the REV function to the pharmacist ACCESS so the can REView these and clear them. There was a message about it can slow down your system if they are not cleared. It is irritating.
