I don't have anything electronic to offer. I have only worked for small hospitals where there may not be the luxury of a person dedicated to documentation only, and issues with space in the room for the team and a defibrillator, much less a COW. But maybe large facilities with more resources can do this? Sharon

Has anybody expressed problems with electronic documenting during a code or critical situation? Thanks in advance.
