I posted some wristband NPR reports on Meditech's Report archives. Should be 
able to build from my report. 
You can print using the Zebra's ZPL II codes, and have Generic\Text printer 
drivers.
 
If you do not have an NPR report writer, I'm sure Mr. Cocuzzo (Iatrics) can 
provide some consulting work.

need to purchase our Zebra label printers from JJ Wild due to the custom
