We are using 4x1 labels in the Pharmacy and I have been asked to see if I can increase the size of the printed output. I hope that there is someone out there who has had success in doing something similar. We are using Datamax I printers with the Seagull driver. I have tried changing several things, including adding a Print macro but everything I've tried doesn't work. Basically when I mess around with the Chars/Inch, making it smaller than 17 (which is the current setting) not everything is printing on the label. Meditech hasn't given to work with and I've tried all of their suggestions but nothing has worked. Has anyone out there been successful in getting a larger print size for pharmacy labels? If so, I would really appreciate you sharing how you accomplished it. Thanks in advance.
