We have a LH 750 and are very happy with it. I've not had any
experience with the sysmex hemo analyzers other than looking at them.
We did have a Cell Dyn 3500 before the LH and liked it also. I assume
you've talked to Coulter about your issues. It may be some adjustment
you can make.

Good Luck!

we are in the process of looking for new hematology instruments, and
are seriously considring going from a lh750 to the sysmex xe 2100. has
any one done this , and do you regret it or or are you satisfied with
the change. my problem is that we have a stat lab, and there will be a
lh 500 going in it, but we have a problem with basophil flags and im 2,
with none being seen on smear review. help
