We have run across a 'feature' with the JJWild printers that will not
allow us to reconfigure the printer (IP etc) unless it is on the IP
segment where it was originally configured.  We have a number of extra
printers that have come from other hospitals that we believe are in
working order - but are unable to configure/use them due to the
configuration limitation. 

We are trying to find someone that might be able to help us with a
procedure to get these reset to factory default so we can re-use /
re-configure spare devices from other facilities.
