We use Iatric's SAM Security Audit Manager product. Works great!

PCI has an audit trail which works for patients viewed in PCI. What I need now is something that will work for the NPR applications. Even if it has to be a seperate audit per application. There are audit trails based on users but I need one based on patients. Thanks in advance for any help out there.
