The billing department uses the B/AR Unprinted Bills report to calculate the number of claims outstanding due to Abstracting incomplete reasons such as ADM DX, and DRG ST-ALL. I am working with the Coding area to find a way to pull just those accounts which are failing for Coding issues but I do not want those accounts which were previously final abstracted and then were reopened for some reason other than coding. Does anyone have such a report they would be willing to share? Thanks for any suggestions.
