Hi L users, We are working on going LIVE with POM in our Psych unit. We got his general question though: how are other hospitals documenting the Q15 minute checks? Do you use paper, and then later on add to Meditech? do you use and intervention? Or do the nurses use COWs? Document ONLY on paper?
