I guess the down side to this approach is that there may be times when
it is perfectly acceptable to recall information.  I believe that a well
designed documentation system where some items are not allowed to be
recalled, at times other items are defaulted in when the cursor reaches
the screen, and items are selectively required would make more sense to
the end user and not require totally disabling a key through the
registry.  But, it is one approach.

We actually DID completely disable the F5 key on nursing units, by
remapping the key in Windows registry!
