Fellow L'ers, I am attempting to capture a patients care level strictly thru nursing documentation. I would love to hear from any other facility that has either tried this and gave up, or was successful in capturing this level. We have been very successful in capturing supply charges via documentation, and I would really like to get this last piece working.
