Sure it's possible Donna! Here is an example of providing access to
only one user and another for multiple users.

[EMAIL PROTECTED]"DFRY" (DFRY is the user mnemonic of the person who should
be able to access!)

[EMAIL PROTECTED]"DFRY";XP="MICMOUSE";XP="MINMOUSE";XP="GOOFEY";
IFE=XP="DONDUCK";XP="DAFFDUCK"}

For the multiple user access, you can add more just as long as you
follow the pattern and do not exceed the 255 character limit!

Let me know if you have any problems,

On our Administrative Data screen, we have a query that we would like
to
limit access where just certain users can answer the query. If the
person(s) have access to this query the cursor will stop but if it is
not these particular users we want the cursor to skip over it. Is
this
possible? We are a Magic 5.5 facility.
