Per Medicare regs we need to change drugs from a "self-adm" (637) drug to a
"non self-admin" (250) drug for certain drugs removed from the Omnicells in our
OR rooms.
We are attempting to create a pharmacy rule that changes the billing code based
on what the txn inventory is. (The billing code has the desired rev code.) We
have one Main inventory and a sub inventory for each dispensing machine
(Omnicell). We can't use the rx inventory from the order as it may be the Main
inventory and not the Omni inventory the drug is obtained from. But the
billing inquiry shows that the txn inventory is the one for the particular
Omni. So we thought we could create a TXN rule that detects the sub inventory
like this:

IF{[f txn inv]="OMNI1" [f rx set billing code](82006461);
1};

This is not working. Any help is appreciated either with the rule or if there
is another approach we could use to base the logic on to change the rev code.
