I am building the new 837I claim for submitting our SPARCS data. I'm
finding it difficult as I haven't found a "Set Up Guide" and have been
culling through pages on the Meditech Web Site to extract pieces of
documentation to put this together. I'm also finding issues with much of
the documentation and commonly have responses from Meditech indicating typo
errors in the documentation. Needless to say I don't have much confidence
in what I'm putting together and foresee considerable back and forth with
NYS performing test submissions. Are any of you New Yorkers submitting data
at a high compliance rate in the new format, and would you be willing to
share your claim set up and perhaps speak with me? Thanks...........
