Well, the MIS parameter HLTH CARE# CHK just has the entry of OHCN. I take it that this is a Meditech program reference to validate the ohip #. And the OHIP insurance MIS dictionary entry has a blank for the Policy # field.
There is, however, a good reference online at the Ontario ministry.
