We are seeking an experienced Meditech Program Manager to join our PMO team. This position will be located in the Denver, CO area for approximately one year, with extensive national travel - to various client sites - required after this engagement is completed. The focus of the position is Program Management on both the clinical and business application implementation of the Meditech suite of applications. Core Responsibilities include program managing the Meditech implementation (in a multi-hospital organization), client relationships at all levels in the organization and systems support. Required Skills: * Strong Meditech Program Management experience * A minimum of 10 years implementation, upgrade, and testing experience with clinical, financial, and/or administrative applications, with a strong focus on Meditech systems * A solid understanding of the process and plans necessary to support and direct the implementation and go-live activation planning for Meditech software. * Significant experience with multi-hospital implementations * Experience applying process improvement concepts in the hospital environment * Excellent oral communication, written communication, and client relationship skills * Ability to work and effectively communicate at various organizational levels, including leadership, management, physicians, clinical staff, vendor staff, and IS department staff * Desire and ability for extensive travel after Year 1 in Denver * Strong Leadership skills and knowledge in managing both an implementation and operate environment Desired Skills: * Experience with the Meditech client server platform a significant plus * Formal project management training; PMI PMP certification strongly desires * 5-10 years of hospital operations experience * Prior experience with dictionary conversions, custom queries, screens and forms to support future-state work processes Please forward your resume to Melissa Page at <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> . <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Melissa C.
