Good day to you all! I am looking for ideas on how to manage charges from our nurse anesthetist. Currently, we use a paper charge ticket that is given to an office person to input charges into BAR. Ideally, we would like to have these charges entered into OE in by clinical staff and have them flow to BAR. We currently have FOUR separate procedures built in the BAR Procedure dictionary for each CPT code that the Anesthetist wants to use. They consist of Base, each addl 15 minutes and then duplicated for a different set of modifiers. (I know I can pass modifiers from OE - just not doing it yet.) Is there a way to A) Streamline these BAR procedures and B) Perhaps pass the CPT code from OE? Thank you for any ideas!
