Hi Adnan,

If your question is what do we use for the profile mnemonics, we use
whatever seems to fit the profile we are creating. We do try to "group"
similar profiles together by mnemonic to make the ongoing management
easier. For example, for our various types of Admissions office staff
we have:

ADMISSIONS (Admissions Clerks)
ADMLEADCL1 (Lead Reg Clerk w Review Orders)
ADMLEADCLK (Lead Registration Clerks)
ADMMRCLERK (Inpt Adm/Float MR Clerk)

You get the picture. We are heavy users of profiles after being caught
updating dozens of individual users when there was an MIS dictionary
change several releases back. It is much easier to edit profiles that
all those users.

Hope this helps.

Greetings,

I'm looking for a C/S site that is using the MIS User Profile
Dictionary. If so, what is your format for mnemonics. Thanks in
advance for any input.
