Hello We do not accept any specimen in BBK without the user nmuemonic written on the tube. Example LAB.GMS must be hand written on the label that was placed on the tube. In Meditech the correct Collected by: is entered, but just in case, we also have a separate non reportable test in the Group and screen profile that the the technologists enter this nmuemonic (from the tube) at the time of resulting.
