Is anybody using Meditech for Employee Assistance Program, the type of program where counseling services are offered to hospital and/or external employees. This would involve CWS, documenting progress notes, and client billing. If so, please let me know the good, the bad, the ugly and any caveats. I am going to assume a separate facility would be used so that counseling notes do not appear in the EMR.
I have also been asked to see if anybody is using Meditech for Occupational Health. In this context we are tracking immunizations, light work duty, etc. for our hospital employees and to some external employers. We also provide rehab services to external employers.
