Meditech 5.4 Client server
We are experiencing a strange issue and would like to know if anyone
might be familiar with it.
We created a status list via a NPR and assigned it to the Managers
and dept. heads desktops. *** This has been in place for a year or more
without issue.***
I got a call from a manager a few weeks ago indicating that when she
runs the report (to view) she cannot see the right side of the
report(??) There is
a gray bar that is running down the right side of the screen and I am
unable to scroll over. If I emulate her from my pc and run the
report, I get the same results.
If I emulate this manager from the PC in the next cubical from
me...the report looks fine(???)
Since this manager complained two weeks ago, we have had two other
users call with the same complaint. These two particular managers work
fine when I emulate them and run the report as them.
I was thinking it could somehow pertain the to NPR but again it has been
working fine for over a year AND now another person has called with the
same issue BUT a different report. I have deleted and reloaded
Meditechs print manager....same results. All users are on Windows 2000
PCs, I am starting to look at Microsoft updates.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to try or look for?
Thanks in advance!!
