Hello,
MAGIC 5.4 sr2

I would greatly appreciate anyone's help with the following:

I am in the process of creating a downtime format for our eMAR's. On the detail
fragment for this report I am trying to capture
Admin Criterion along the lines of the following:

ADMIN CRITERION:

CONDITION DOSE/ROUTE/RATE
INSTRUCTION
1 IF BLOOD SUGAR IS:
2 BELOW 60
CALL XYZ
3 61-124
NO TREATMENT
4 125-200 1 Unit LISPRO INSULIN SC
5 201-250 2 Units LISPRO INSULIN SC
6 251-300 3 Units LISPRO INSULIN SC
7 301-350 4 Units LISPRO INSULIN SC
8 351-400 5 Units LISPRO INSULIN SC AND
CALL XYZ
9 GREATER THAN 400
CALL YXZ

Currently, I am using MEDITECH's standard fragment
PHA.RX.std.rx.detail.admin.1.R which spools expediently but does not capture the
Admin.Crit. Any zcus formats I have worked with to 'mimic' the content fall
short of what the .std supplies and take a long time to spool.

If anyone has ventured this route and would be willing to share such a fragment,
I would appreciate it.

Thank you.
