Hi, we are a Magic 5.4 site and just began using the ABS-3M interface via the Code 3 option in Process an Abstract. It's worked fine for our Windows 2000 machines, but on an XP machine the Output file is not creating in the Encoder folder. The error message we received was "Error: COM-unable to read DOS output file. Patient data NOT filed." I was hoping someone on the L had some experience with the ABS-3M interface on an XP machine and could help in providing a solution to this problem.
