Hi All, There is a mini-war going on at our facility regarding the revision of our Admission Assessment. Everyone agrees that it needs to be updated/changed, but there are 2 different perspectives on what (more like how much) should be included on the new version. Anyone that is willing, please send us some screen shots of what you are using, especially if it is working well and you are pleased with it.
