Has anyone experienced this? Was there a solution? Meditech has not had much luck with this for me.
Process reservations/meetings is not working the same in 5.6 as in 5.4 To schedule a REHABPTMTG the system is requiring you select the resource even though the resources are in the include. These are my steps: Go to Process Reservation/Meeting Enter REHABPTMTG Select M (button) Enter - F12 Move to date Select a date (05/03/07) (1230) File you get an error "no resources available for resource group #1)PTAID Cannot book appointment If you go up to use resource do a look up and select the resource it will then offer to overbook. In our current live situation we dont have to add the use resource as the resource is listed in the include. It will just offer the overbook. This is a reservation type specifically for meeting - not open or assigned. I would appreciate any help.
