We are looking at migrating our Meditech Magic to Client Server Our President has asked for information from other hospitals. Here are the questions
1. Was your implementation brand new, or a migration from Meditech Magic to Meditech Client Server, or from another system to Meditech Client server? 2. Which modules were implemented? 3. Staffing requirements for implementation or migration? 4. How did actual staffing compare to Meditech guidelines? 5. Lessons learned (regarding staffing, project management, etc.)? 6.
