Body Mass Index. The BMI is calculated by taking the patients weight (in
kgs) and dividing the weight by the patients height (in meters) squared.
The following attribute will allow this attribute to work off of the
standard height and weight fields in the OE Administrative Data Screen
routine.
The attributes below should be attached to the Body Mass Index (BMI) query:
For customers with 5.4 SR2 or higher:
IFE=IF{P(R,S)^#,IF{(@OE.PAT.ht.in.cm^/CM)&(@OE.PAT.wt.in.kg^/KG) 1,
IFE=/CM/100^/MT,(/MT*/MT^/MT),/KG:12D/(/MT:6D)^/BMI},/BMI:3D^#^/
IFE=[ANS%0,"OEBMI"]|0}
*NOTE: Where "OEBMI" (on line 3 of the attribute) is the name of my BMI
query.
