Has anyone worked with a system in which care plans are created in a way that does not include dictionaries/tables, resulting in a menu-driven approach? I'm afraid to say that Meditech is my mindset and I'm trying to expand my mindset a bit. If you've seen something conceptually different, could you describe it, along with what you think the strengths and weaknesses are? Sharon
