I have worked with multiple facilities that utilize Kronos. This product, with the appropriate set-up interfaces to/from Meditech. Employees utilize time clocks, phone, or computers to sign in/out and then the information is uploaded to Meditech. Files are interfaced daily/weekly to pass the information to/from Meditech/Kronos and includes time worked, PTO, and other pay codes.
