We do not track which micor reports are completed after discharge. The provider gets a report on paper or electronically depending on the office when it is complete regardless if the are discharged/inpt/outpt and it is up to the provider to follow up on their patient. The only time we do call is if it is a critical result such as sepsis or our more nasty bugs but not for a UTI.
