Does anyone have a report that we could use that lists by location, date and time, meds not given. We don't need them to sort by reason code or really don't even need that, just want a quick listing of meds that Gvn N in Process Medications. We want to use this for cart exchange so that the techs know when there are extra meds in the cart that these were documented as Not Given.
