Hi experts!
We just went live on CS 5.5, March 1st, 2007. Everything went
quite smoothly, as implementations go!
Our scheduling staff has an issue with orders disappearing if a
patient "no-shows". When the affected department (let's say Radiology)
cancels the order, the Scheduling folks have to enter all new orders
when they reschedule the patients appt. (for whatever reason).
Has anybody come up with a better solution? Is there any way to
keep the orders attached to the appointment, yet allow the departments
to get those "No Shows" off of their worklists?
