Can anyone help me with a printing problem? We have built an interface to pull all our nursing documents into ChartMaxx at discharge. I was asked to insert a document code in the Header Description of each document to
Identify where n the medical record that the documents belong. I entered the code within the Profile Format routine. When the documents are printed individually, the Code is where it should be. We I built a batch report to include all nursing documents, and print the batch, the code is not on any of the forms. Has any had this experience?
