The American Dietetic Association has developed a Nutrition Care Process and Model, a systemic process describing how dietetic professionals provide care with patients. The process is designed to improve the consistency and quality of individualized patient care and the predictability of patient outcomes. Since the dietitians @ St. Joseph Regional Health Center are doing computerized charting, we need to add this process to what we are currently doing. Do you know of any hospitals that have this process already set up in the computer who might be willing to assist us with this effort?
