Carol: It is possible to do perpetual inventory with updates from Picis OR to MM. We have not implemented this. We have implemented pulling Meditech MM data into PICIS implant screens. These are custom built screens with lookups into Meditech's MM. We have also built preference cards which pull in MM data. However, we have not gone live with them. It was our longterm goal to go from this step to perpetual inventory, but we have not had the personnel resources to make that step.
