We implemented BMV in February and have had a problem since implementation that Meditech has been unable to resolve. The next med due display on the status board is incorrect. It displays incorrectly on almost every patient. Meds that have been documented as given are displaying as due. Once the user clicks on the name of the med, the window that pops up accurately displays the next dose due, as does the MAR. This problem is present in our live system only. Has anyone else encountered this problem and resolved it? We are Magic 5.5.3.
