Have any of you evaluated, selected, and implemented a new nurse call
system within the past 12-18 months? If yes, can you please email back
responses to the following questions?

 

(1)     What nurse call vendors/solutions did you consider, before
making the decision you made?

(2)     What were the key factors in the decision?

(3)     Is the new nurse call system integrated/interfaced with other
systems and devices, such as; patient monitoring systems, wireless
telephones, etc.?

(4)     Is your organization satisfied with the end result? If not, why?

(5)     Did you utilize a RFP document in this process? If yes, would
you email me a soft copy?
