We just recently successfully aligned our UB04's on a HP LaserJet 4200, and wanted to share our settings.
Settings from Meditech MIS Electronic Forms Dictionary: CPI: 10.00 Left Margin: 0.20 LPI: 6 Top Margin: 0.25 As well as needed the following adjustments to printer settings: Under the printer's menu, "Configure Device" --> "Print Quality" --> "Set Registration" --> "Adjust Tray ##" (replacing ### with print drawer) Y = +8 X1 = 0 X2 = 0 We had to set our printer driver to the one labeled "HP LaserJet 4100 PCL 6" in order to get everything to print on the page.
