Hi Deb, We ran into a number of issues with our MM reports when we went LIVE with 5.6 last year. Many of the changes were undocumented at that time, which made dealing with some of the quirks of the new DPM more difficult than expected. For example, many of the fields (one being description), remain in MM.ITEM, while others now only appear in MM.ITEM.FAC. We do not currently use the multiple facility function, which means that the field MM.ITEM.FAC.item.fac must be set to D(127) whenever accessing fields in MM.ITEM.FAC.
I've attached a program that we use to compare PO prices to those seen in BAR to this email. Hope this helps, Jerry Beals Holyoke Medical Center Holyoke, MA >>> "Deb Carpenter" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 5/7/2007 6:45:19 PM >>> Does anyone have any custom MM reports you'd be willing to share for Magic 5.61 that report off of the MM.ITEM and MM.ITEM.FAC DPM's? We are going LIVE with 5.61 on Thursday (5/10) and are still having issues getting our MM.ITEM custom reports converted. We need a good example of how to make a current MM.ITEM report compatible with the new MM.ITEM.FAC DPM. If you had a copy of an MM.ITEM report from an earlier version of meditech (like 5.4) and then the copy you have for 5.61, that would be perfect!
